What this job involves:
JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Violations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for managing compliance violations across the Capital One portfolio. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity by tracking, documenting, and resolving compliance issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Facility Managers, vendors, municipalities, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all violations are addressed promptly and accurately.
Your expertise in research, documentation, and cross-functional coordination will directly support Capital One's facilities operations and drive continuous improvement in compliance management processes.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within commercial real estate, facility management, or property operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Drive
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with a strong commitment to customer service
- Excellent organizational abilities and proven capability to multitask and manage projects efficiently under tight schedules
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure environments
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with utilizing Corrigo or similar work order tracking systems
- Experience processing compliance violations and requesting funding in a corporate facilities environment
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Experience building and maintaining documentation systems
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms

Richmond, VA or Plano, TX
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Work Model:
Hybrid
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position:
45,700.00 – 66,300.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
