What would you do as a M  Client Support

In the role of M  Client Support Specialist at Injury Management Organization, Inc., you will be at the forefront of client communication, responding promptly to emails and voicemail messages related to medical bill review inquiries. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you assist in sending electronic documentation to providers upon request, ensuring that all pertinent information is accurately conveyed.

Additionally, you will maintain a detailed provider call log to track interactions, contributing to our commitment to transparency and accountability.

On occasion, you will provide clerical support to the M  department, showcasing your ability to be a dependable team player. This diverse range of responsibilities allows you to effectively engage with clients while honing your problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
