Training Coordinator

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 Years of Experience
• Experience with learning management systems LMS, training process and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

• LMS (Learning Management System) reviewing change orders, Administrative of the training system, administrative duties
• Administrator of our learning manage system LMS, Sum Total
• Follow established procedures and execute tasks as trained in a repeatable, consistent manner.
• Review received training tasks for training audiences and documentation and verify alignment with procedural requirements.
• Setup and create training audiences per controlled learning plan documents
• Communicate and interact professionally with employees; follow instructions and respond promptly.
• Maintaining accuracy in all work — strong attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrate accountability in completing assigned tasks.
