Summary
The Claims Coordinator is responsible for supporting the claims process by coordinating claim activities, maintaining accurate records, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, claims representatives, and business partners while providing administrative and operational support throughout the claim lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the end-to-end claims process, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, claimants, vendors, and internal teams regarding claim status, required documentation, and next steps.
- Review claim documentation for completeness and accuracy and follow up on missing information as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of claim activities, communications, and resolutions within internal systems.
- Monitor claim progress and assist in escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
- Generate reports and provide updates on claim volumes, trends, and processing metrics.
- Support claims representatives and adjusters by coordinating appointments, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance claim handling efficiency and customer experience.
- Promote positive customer relationships by delivering timely and professional service throughout the claims process.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.

- Experience working in claims administration in consumer electronics
- Knowledge of claims processing procedures and documentation requirements.
- Reporting and data analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in claims processing, claims support, customer service, operations, or administrative coordination roles.
- Experience working with claim management systems or enterprise CRM platforms preferred.
- Duration: 12 Months
