We are seeking an experienced, highly polished Executive Administrative Assistant 4 to provide executive-level support to the C-Suite and senior leadership at Samsung Electronics in Plano, TX. This role serves as a key information manager, overseeing complex calendar coordination, executive travel, expense submissions, meeting logistics, and cross-divisional liaison duties. The ideal candidate maintains immaculate professionalism, high discretion with confidential data, and exceptional follow-up capabilities in a fast-paced corporate setting.

- Executive Calendar & Travel Management:
Expert ability to manage active, shifting C-suite calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and handle end-to-end travel logistics and expense reporting. - Bilingual Executive Communication & Coordination:
Strong professional communication skills (English/Korean) to interface seamlessly between internal leadership, external clients, and cross-functional teams. - Operations & Event Logistics:
Proven expertise in organizing high-level board meetings, event catering, office space coordination, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- C-Suite Calendar & Meeting Oversight:
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, resolve schedule conflicts, prepare board agendas, and coordinate meeting setups, catering, and guest logistics. - Executive Travel & Expense Administration:
Arrange domestic/international travel itineraries and compile, review, and submit accurate expense reports and IT system requests. - Corporate Communications & Document Control:
Draft, review, and distribute incoming memos, letters, reports, and financial statements; manage records systems with absolute confidentiality. - Office & Onboarding Operations:
Oversee office equipment, order supplies, perform basic bookkeeping/invoice processing, and coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding logistics (access setup, hardware). - Cross-Divisional Liaison:
Build strong relationships with admin networks, handle ad-hoc executive requests, update organizational/seating charts, and resolve routine operational bottlenecks.
