🛠 Role Responsibilities
  • Diagnose & Plan Repairs:
    Examine vehicles, identify issues, and outline repair plans in coordination with the Service Advisor. Provide accurate labor time and parts estimates.
  • Perform Complex Repairs:
    Repair and replace major systems including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, air‑conditioning, and warranty‑related components according to required specifications.
  • Conduct Road Tests:
    Verify repair quality by performing road tests and ensuring all work aligns with customer, manufacturer, and company standards.
  • Handle Routine Maintenance:
    Complete preventative maintenance tasks to promote long‑term vehicle performance and reliability.
  • Stay Current on Technology:
    Attend factory‑sponsored training to remain informed on new automotive technologies, tools, and industry trends.
⭐ Employee Prerequisites
  • Prior Automotive Technician experience and personal tools are REQUIRED (compensation based on experience).
  • GM Certified Technician required.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, technical manuals, and procedural documentation.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Consistent use of safety equipment and maintenance of a clean, organized workspace.
