Advanced Technician

The Advanced Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend actions to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain inventory of normal technician tools not inventoried by the Service department.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Targeted production rate.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varying with store needs).
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑up skills.

• Pay: $25.00 per flag hour with advancement potential.
