Auto Nation - 4051 West Plano Parkway - Responsibilities:
Manage, write, and track all Reconditioning, PDI, and Inventory Recalls and reconditioning service for all used vehicles;
Supervise and train a team of Technicians and Porters to ensure efficient operations;
Coordinate with service and parts teams to complete recalls and reconditioning within target turnaround;
Create comprehensive estimates of work and ensure repairs are on a single repair order and completed promptly;
Manage Reconditioning processes within the After-Sales Compass RPR system and vendor relationships to improve quality and efficiency
