The Huffines Lot Attendant is a key contributor to providing a world class buying experience for our guests and an essential part of support services to dealership operations.

• Coordinates daily schedule with sales management to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively
• Assists sales team in the process of readying sold vehicles for delivery
• Keep vehicles for sale neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Monitors and adjusts display vehicle placement to minimize chances of damage
• Verifies, places, and maintains vehicle pricing stickers on all available pre-owned inventory for sale
• Takes pictures of for sale and trade-in vehicles and maintains library to use for internet marketing
• Tests batteries of for sale inventory for operational readiness on a weekly basis
• Periodically walk the lot checking for vehicle damage, maintaining records of damage, and report to management
• Maintains the cleanliness of the lot, sales building, and surrounding grounds as needed
• Transport vehicles to and from other locations and helps with offsite delivery of sold units
• Quality inspect vehicles coming out of detail, ensuring readiness for customer delivery
• Maintain merchandising materials on vehicles and in pre-owned showroom
• Ensures vehicles readiness for demonstration drives
• Enthusiastically greet customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Capable of standing extended periods of time
• Friendly and customer service focused
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Customer Service experience is preferred
