Dallas European Auto is seeking an experienced Mercedes-Benz Master Technician in Dallas, TX. This is a flat-rate opportunity with advertised earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+ per year based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and productivity. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, PTO, provided uniforms, weekly pay, and a friendly, team-oriented shop environment.

• Diagnose, service, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability concerns.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, cooling, HVAC, brake, and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz AIRMATIC, ABC, and suspension systems.
• Perform factory-level diagnostic procedures and accurately identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings and repair recommendations accurately.
• Perform road tests and final quality-control checks following repairs.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate with Service Advisors regarding diagnosis and repair progress.

• 5+ years of professional Mercedes-Benz repair experience REQUIRED.
• Mercedes-Benz dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz Master Technician certification preferred; equivalent documented Mercedes-Benz dealership experience will be considered.
• Advanced Mercedes-Benz diagnostic and repair ability, including electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Mercedes-Benz engine, transmission, cooling, HVAC, brake, steering, AIRMATIC, ABC, and suspension systems.
• Ability to accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations.

• $100,000–$150,000+ per year in advertised earning potential, depending on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and productivity.
• Flat-rate/flag-hour compensation, with the actual rate based on Mercedes-Benz experience and qualifications.

This role is designed to support the service team today while offering the potential to progress toward greater customer-facing and sales responsibilities as the company expands.
