Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Procurement Analytics Manager to join the International Team in Plano, TX.
OverviewThe Procurement Analytics Manager will be responsible for creating multiple international data reports that will enable the tracking of program execution, export sales, category management, restaurant margin improvement initiatives, and cost of goods sold.
The position will support the coordination, development, testing, & Caribbean supply plans. Supply management may include food, beverage, packaging, and/or smallware items.

- Information analytics, management, and reporting.
- Review current export data and ensure accuracy across various company systems.
- Monitor data integration from distributors and vendors and lead continuous improvement/cleaning of export data.
- Communicate effectively internally across all levels of the organization and externally with supplier community.
- Support the analysis and review of supplier pricing requests as directed by brand leader and/or category owner.
- Create export reports by brand, by region, and by supplier.
- Lead implementation of new pricing system (Arrow Stream) for the International Team.
- Ensure the platform configuration, data flows, and reporting capabilities align with all requirements for the International Team.
- Coordinate cross‑functional testing, onboarding, and adoption to guarantee system readiness and successful deployment across stakeholders.
- Support the development of Master Data in Arrow Stream by providing required data related to system setup for new export items.
- Review and validate direct export data and sourcing fee collection/payment.
- Analyze direct export data for accuracy, proactively engage suppliers to resolve discrepancies, and correct data inconsistencies across systems.
- Work with accounting and finance to ensure sourcing fees are correctly applied, collected, and remitted to RSCS in alignment with established agreements and program requirements.
- Inform suppliers of any adjustments in sourcing fees and ensure execution of said adjustments.
- Onboard any new U.S. based suppliers that begin to export directly to international markets to ensure full understanding of reporting and fee collection requirements.
- Track Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI) initiatives.
- Review U.S. RMI initiatives and determine impact to international exports.
- Record Latin America & Caribbean regional RMI initiatives by brand by working with brand team members.
- Quantify estimated savings, track, and report by brand on a quarterly basis.
- Support production planning, inventory management, and communication across system for assigned programs.
- Invite franchisee operators to participate in regional initiatives utilizing Automated Commitment System (ACS) in line with established policies.
- Consolidate franchise brand leader.
- Confirm that minimum order quantities are met and solicit required purchase orders from participating franchisees.
- Monitor supply/demand/inventory and correct supply, as needed.

Identify and secure food, packaging, and smallware items required to support brand product shows and pipeline innovation development. - Assist region with procuring U.S. sourced samples to support regional or local initiatives.

- Minimum of 3+ years of supply chain management, program management, and/or data analytics is required and critical for this position.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data, or economics.
- Bi‑lingual – Must be fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written. (Required)
- Strong understanding of the supply chain processes including manufacturing, international logistics, and distribution.
