Contract to Hire Sales Operations Analyst The Opportunity

Our client is a national powerhouse in services industry
, overseeing a diverse portfolio of several service brands across the United States. They are seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to step into a newly created role.

Currently, data management is decentralized across the organization. This is your chance to "own" the data, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer to streamline performance for a 50-person sales team and a high-volume call center environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze sales metrics and trends across various regions, service lines, and brands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor lead generation and conversion rates to uncover bottlenecks; collaborate with the Call Center Manager to enhance agent productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with sales leadership on territory optimization and resource allocation.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present actionable, data-backed insights to the executive suite to drive high-level decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
  • Technical Expertise:
Expert-level Tableau skills are highly preferred. Proficiency in CRM data extraction and Contact Center/CX analytics software is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a sales operations role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in Service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, Construction, Field Services, or Blue Collar services) is a major plus. Experience with multi-brand or multi-unit organizations is preferred over product-based retail.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to act as an individual contributor who can not only manipulate data but interpret "the why" behind the trends.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: This role is based in Plano, TX. Candidates will start 100% on-site for the first 90 days to integrate with the team, transitioning to a 2/3 hybrid schedule thereafter.
  • Impact: As a "net new" role, you have the autonomy to build the reporting structure from the ground up.
