Key Responsibilities:
- Support Salesforce product roadmap execution
- Gather and document business requirements
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate delivery with Admin, Development, and QA teams
- Support UAT, stakeholder communication, and release activities
Required Experience:
Salesforce Product Manager with strong experience in credit card collections, delinquency/default management, or debt relief/consolidation programs.
- Strong understanding of collections workflows, payment plans, hardship/settlement processes, and servicing operations
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud / Case Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
