  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures, creating consistency, efficiency, and predictability across all field offices.
  • Coach and develop SBCs using proven methods that strengthen capability, accelerate performance, and support long-term success.
  • Support deal strategy, including relationship management, negotiations, and closing.
  • Enhance the customer and broker experience by promoting sales methods that build trust, long term relationships, and high satisfaction.
  • Use dashboards and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and guide data driven decision making.
  • Partner closely with Field Office leadership to optimize territory sales results, support recruiting strategies, and contribute to career development pathways for SBCs.
  • Lead recruiting and hiring of SBCs in collaboration with field leadership.
  • Oversee work planning, prioritization, and performance management, focusing on maximizing opportunities and improving close ratios.
  • Proactively address risks, communication gaps, or service concerns, and ensure effective resolution.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the SBC operating model to increase efficiency and overall effectiveness.
