As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing the statistical demand plan in our new planning software, analyzing trends & other data to drive forecast improvements, and aligning cross‑functional partners on a consensus forecast.
This role is a fully remote opportunity supporting Poppi, a fast‑growing brand within the Pepsi Co portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:
- Analyze historical shipment, depletion, and consumption data to generate demand forecasts for various regions, product categories, and channels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting models, tools, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize bias.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide demand content for monthly S&OP meetings and participate in demand review sessions and other cross‑functional forums to present and validate demand plans and assumptions.
- Support the ongoing optimization of demand planning organization and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
- Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or demand planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or other relevant field
- Strong analytical skills including experience using a statistical demand planning software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including Power Query and Power Pivot
- Experience with in Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG), specifically within beverage category
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain networks and various customer routes to markets
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Occasional travel may be required for this position.
