Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will lead the development of implementation plans and coordinate with stakeholders to execute and measure process enhancements.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

* Research and analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

* Develop detailed implementation plans for new or optimized processes, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.

* Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive adoption, execution, and measurement of recommended process changes.

* Serve as a subject matter expert by gaining deep understanding of business strategies, policies, workflows, and data models.

* Prepare test scenarios, documentation, and execution plans to validate new processes or system enhancements.

* Conduct demos of new features or process changes to business stakeholders and support successful rollout and user acceptance.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related functions.

* Proven expertise in researching and analyzing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

* Demonstrated ability to develop detailed implementation plans, including budgeting, resource estimation, and cross‑functional coordination.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
