Senior Manager Strategic Planning

High Profile has partnered with our client to find their next Senior Manager, Strategic Planning to drive enterprise-level strategy and performance initiatives. This person will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and will lead the development of data-driven strategies, drawing insights, creating compelling business narratives, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful stories, while keeping a pulse on competitive trends & business performance through robust KPI reporting.

• Translate complex data into clear, compelling executive presentations and business narratives
• Develop and articulate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate strategy sessions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
• Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance market positioning and long-term growth

• Establish and monitor KPIs that align with strategic business goals
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into business performance
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure strategic goals are reflected in KPIs and performance metrics

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership, offering insights & recommendations to improve the company’s performance & competitive edge
• Mentor junior team members and foster a data-driven, collaborative culture

• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, competitive analysis, corporate strategy, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong ability & proven track record analyzing data, drawing insights, and telling a compelling story
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into executive-level insights and presentations
• Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
• Strong analytical and financial business acumen
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX Tuesday–Thursday
