We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to evaluate, redesign, and optimize business processes within a complex enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) while driving process improvements and supporting implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis & Improvement- Research and analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate operational workflows, policies, systems, and data to recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource planning and budgeting considerations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and measure recommended process improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Lead discussions to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop deep expertise in the assigned business domain, including strategies, processes, policies, and data structures.
- Provide guidance and support during system or process changes.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios and support execution of testing activities.
- Create functional documentation and process flows.
- Conduct feature demonstrations and walkthroughs for business stakeholders.
- Strong experience analyzing and improving enterprise business processes.
- Ability to create detailed implementation plans, including resource and budget considerations.
- Proven capability to become a subject matter expert within a business domain.
- Experience leading or mentoring project teams.
- Background in the Auto Finance industry (highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with testing (UAT coordination, test case creation, execution).
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or Accounting / Finance.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Plano, TX.
