Overview

Fin Tech powers the money movement capabilities within Intuit and we are seeking an exceptional team member to manage our third party vendor relationships in the role of Staff Process Excellence Consultant. The candidate will have proven experience onboarding and managing vendor relationships to exceed performance indicators and managing and mitigating data security and compliance risks. You will directly oversee multiple third-party teams making high-stakes decisions regarding financial risk mitigation for our money movement products, including compliance, fraud, and financial risks. Core responsibilities include documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures to effectively manage third-party vendors, designing and leading Quality Assurance (QA) processes (including periodic audits of vendor deliverables to ensure compliance and performance standards), and developing performance monitoring mechanisms such as dashboards and scorecards with qualitative and quantitative metrics to track and report vendor productivity.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and metric achievement. The role balances operational oversight with a hands-on, proactive approach to flourish in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and metric achievement.
  • Provide hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in delivery and working with outsource rs.
  • Outstanding business acumen with a customer obsession, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and ability to integrate insights into offerings that delight customers.
  • Proven, solid decision-making process balancing principles, data, and judgment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly and independently assess business requirements and become a trusted member of the leadership team.
  • Strong communication at all levels with empathy and commitment to organizational development.
  • Ability to energize the organization to drive continuous improvement and implement creative ideas to improve performance.
  • Experience leading complex organizational change with clear case for change and effective communication.
  • Vendor communication management and financial oversight (e.g., timesheets, billable hours, reimbursements).
  • Understanding of human and AI/ML interactions to drive improvements in work efficiency.
  • Customer-first mindset and alignment with Intuit values; willingness to experiment and validate hypotheses.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels and use escalation to remove barriers for stakeholders.
  • Measures success by outcomes, not activities, and leads programs end-to-end from ideation to execution.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with execution rigor.
