  • Administer users and system security, including licenses, roles, profiles, hierarchies, sharing rules, territory alignment, and reassignment of accounts, contacts, and opportunities due to personnel changes.
  • Ensure data integrity by monitoring neglected leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts; managing duplicate records; supporting system clean‑up; and assisting with migration from legacy systems.
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, gathering and incorporating user feedback, supporting new releases and feature rollouts, and continuously enhancing the user experience.

  • Develop and maintain sales operations documentation, including requirements, process flows, policies, procedures, and operational metrics; identify opportunities for process optimization or redesign; and create new processes and associated reporting.
  • Support user enablement by contributing to Salesforce training development, providing 1:1 coaching, communicating new system capabilities, and cross‑training as backup to the Sales Operations Administrator.
  • Coordinate operational support activities, including trade show logistics and completion of sales vendor registration and procurement database requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
