Overview

TFS contributes to Toyota’s vision by delivering high‑quality financial solutions. We are looking for a Supplier Operations Manager to strengthen supplier operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day execution of administrative transactional work or operational strategies for assigned suppliers and service lines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align supplier performance with business priorities.
  • Manage the performance management process for all assigned operations‑based supplier relationships.
  • Track KPIs, scorecards, and operational trends to drive accountability and improvement.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Standardize processes and controls for consistent execution.
  • Define service level agreements and negotiate contracts with prospective and existing suppliers.
  • Drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives using Kaizen and Toyota Way methods.
  • Support readiness for new initiatives and high‑risk operational processes.
  • Lead and develop teams to strengthen overall performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing vendor performance through KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, contract interpretation, negotiations, and multi‑vendor environments.
  • Proficiency in data and analytics to monitor supplier performance, identify trends, and drive fact‑based decision‑making (dashboarding and reporting).
  • Demonstrated operational discipline, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in supply chain management, operations, or project management is a plus.
  • Experience with workforce and demand management tools or methodologies, and leading transformation initiatives in outsourced or shared services environments.
  • Experience in global BPO environments across multiple regions/time zones.
