Position Overview
SNC's Military Fellowship Program partners with programs such as Skill Bridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide fellowship opportunities to service members transitioning to the civilian workforce.
As a Subcontracts Management Specialist, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. You will prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, recommend new subcontractors, and administer subcontracts throughout the lifecycle.

- Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend new subcontractors, and administer subcontracts.
- Administer standard agreements such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) through the full contract lifecycle.
- Lead minor to moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance.
- Currently serving active duty military and eligible for the DoD Skill Bridge program.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience (higher education may substitute).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
