Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to obtain site access requirements and ensure readiness for scheduled work.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, engineering, field services) to align resource availability and optimize project scheduling.
  • Develop and deliver clear, timely weekly status updates to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to ensure accurate, real‑time visibility of project progress.
  • Manage project closeout activities by compiling and uploading required documentation into Salesforce (SFDC) and SharePoint.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoicing in alignment with project milestones and completion.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or project coordination role.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to build and improve processes.
  • Results‑driven with a strong track record of meeting commitments and following through on deliverables.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and transparency in interactions with leaders, peers, customers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently, while also contributing as an engaged and reliable team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Lean principles or process improvement methodologies preferred.
