Supports day‑to‑day operations for assigned accounts in close partnership with leadership, maintaining accurate master data and ensuring complete, compliant documentation. Key responsibilities include managing purchasing and supply chain inventory analysis, preparing quotes, tracking orders and shipments, and processing pricing updates.

- Own end‑to‑end sales order execution and JIT delivery to achieve on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) targets; ensures accurate ASNs/EDI and proactive shipment status communication.
- Plan and procure raw materials to forecast; reconcile supply to demand; sustain agreed safety‑stock and lead‑time parameters; flag and mitigate shortages and excess.
- Maintain accurate item, customer, pricing, and lead‑time data; execute approved price updates on schedule with zero defects.
- Lead RFQ intake and quotation development; build cost‑ups and pricing scenarios that meet margin guidelines; deliver quotes within agreed cycle times.
- Facilitate customer meetings; support internal and external audits; ensure complete, current documentation for HTS, anti‑dumping, conflict minerals, and IMDS.
- Monitor credit limits and order release compliance; manage inventory aging to achieve zero over 120 days; identify slow movers and drive disposition or recovery actions.
- Produce customer budgets and monthly sales/gross‑profit reporting; investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate PPAP document routing; resolve routine pricing discrepancies with customers and suppliers; support AR collections to target zero past‑due over 30 days.
- Apply Native Rock and Oracle functionality to streamline workflows; adopt new features and share best practices to improve accuracy, speed, and control.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- 0–2 years’ experience in automotive, manufacturing, or B2B customer service/sales ops; internships/co‑ops valued.
- Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivots); familiarity with ERP and EDI a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication; attention to detail; strong numeracy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related study.
