Manager, Financial Operations and Analytics

The Client Engagement Lead builds strong, value-driven partnerships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and success. This role is responsible for day-to-day relationship management, driving product adoption, and improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by delivering meaningful client outcomes and removing friction in their experience.

In this role, you will partner with elected officials, justice leaders, and financial stakeholders to understand their priorities and guide them toward technology solutions that deliver impact. You will develop a deep understanding of Tyler’s Justice solutions and competitive strengths, telling a compelling story that resonates with diverse audiences.
