This role will work closely with and collaborate across all divisions and many different functions in the field & HQ on a weekly basis. Regular connections with field and sector leadership will be required to provide progress updates, review project risk, and align on actions needed to address challenges. External interaction will occur on a regular basis with the suppliers.
Responsibilities- Ensure timeliness of PFNA DCs and 1NA Mixing Centers wave plan execution.
- Manage cross‑functional critical path, identifying gaps and prioritizing work plans across functions.
- Coordinate product supply code activation ensuring high levels of service.
- Partner with sales team to increase SKU availability by wave.
- Provide on‑site support during each wave of product decommission and intake through project end date and hypercare.
- Own critical path for decommission and exit of facilities.
- Travel up to 50‑70% of time per month.
- Expected compensation range: $80,200 – $134,250.
- Salary determined by location, job‑related skills, experience, and education.
- Bonus based on performance with a target payout of 8% of annual salary paid annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Business.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience with ability to handle multiple complexities.
- Operations management and project management experience.
- Solid functional knowledge in warehouse operations and warehouse systems.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and functions.
- Self‑directed and motivated to win.
- Results oriented with a bias for action.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated and able to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
