Key Role Details
We will be opening two separate job postings for the Business Analyst role—one for the February 2027 cohort and one for the August 2027 cohort. Please consider your start‑date preference and submit only one application. If you have previously interviewed for the Business Analyst role (AIP or ADP), please wait a minimum of six months from your last interview date.
Full‑time new hires will join a two‑year rotational program beginning in February 2027. The program is a career accelerator that provides hands‑on experience in two distinct roles. Associates may choose to remain in their final role placement after completion or explore other opportunities within Capital One. Participation requires continuous location within the continental United States and in‑person attendance at the assigned location in accordance with the hybrid working model.
BasicQualifications
- Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, expected to be completed by February 2027 or earlier.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Background in quantitative analytics, data analysis, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience or comfort with technology tools such as SQL and Python is a plus.

Employees may also earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
