This role focuses on managing and optimizing supply chain demand management processes for PSI (Product Supply Integration) and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment), located in Plano, Texas. The role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory alignment, and efficient supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement demand management strategies to align supply with forecasted demand.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform demand management strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand management initiatives.
- Support new product launches by coordinating cross‑functional efforts for smooth execution.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain demand management or CPFR.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP or similar systems.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
