Procurement Sourcing Analyst Event Services

Overview

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is the finance and insurance brand for Toyota and Lexus in North America. The Indirect Procurement Department is hiring a Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Travel and Event Services, Office Supply and Social Innovation Grant Allocation categories. The approximate annual spend across all categories is $225M.

• Lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for Travel and Event Services, Office Supplies, and Social Innovation Grants.
• Provide stakeholder and supplier guidance on procure‑to‑pay processes for Travel and Event Services, including negotiation and contract management for events, travel management companies, airline, hotel, rental car suppliers, and other related agreements.
• Support/manage Ariba office supply catalogs for TMNA & TFS Corporate and NAMCs (manufacturing plants).
• Support the Grants team through the end‑to‑end grant writing and approval process for annual grant requests.
• Develop and execute contractual documents such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and onboard new suppliers to Ariba.
• Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver cross‑enterprise process improvement solutions.
• Effectively manage sourcing and price negotiation activities on an annual and/or multi‑year basis for responsible commodities.
• Conduct RFPs as required to support assigned commodities.
• Participate in procurement activities including documenting processes, PSM, APR, and other annual deliverables.
• Educate business teams on procurement, travel/event services and risk management policy and procedures.
• Lead quarterly review and annual recalibration activities for Travel & Event Services contracts.

• Four‑Year College Degree (BA or BS) and/or relevant work experience; 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and set priorities for meeting time‑bound deliverables.
• Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and understand procure‑to‑pay procurement processes.
• Experience in hospitality procurement is a plus.
• Previous experience in grant writing and administration is an added bonus.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration‑related employment.
