What we are looking for:
Progress Learning is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with a solid background in Education with a dynamic skill set for developing and maintaining relationships with our top-tier clients. This includes identifying and understanding their needs, developing and implementing solutions that meet those needs, and ensuring that they are satisfied with our services. The Enterprise CSM will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline for these accounts and generating new business opportunities.
