The Sourcing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting procurement and sourcing activities within the organization. This position involves analyzing supplier data, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitor market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay Range: $32.00–$35.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
