Role and Responsibilities
  • End-to-end category management of portfolio offering, new product launches, and partnership with Business Development and Sales on industry‑specific offerings.
  • Shape product portfolio through gathering of insights and category knowledge; build business cases for new product offerings.
  • Drive go‑to‑market activities across teams and coordinate launch schedules, reporting, SKU setup, and tracking testing schedules.
  • Partner with Headquarters to ensure U.S. customer requirements are represented in future roadmap planning.
  • Manage B2B smartphone portfolio, create strategy and plans to meet business objectives across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across product segments, routes to market, and verticals; extract data‑driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Own business case development and product positioning for the U.S. market, taking into account macro trends, competitive landscape, key verticals, and existing portfolio lineup.
  • Drive strategic vision for new product launches; coordinate GTM efforts across HQ/R&D, business development, sales, marketing, and events.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations that convey performance and key strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in product management or operations.
  • Experience in mobile device space is a big plus.
  • Strong analytics capabilities to manage portfolio performance and produce reports.
  • Excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Experience reviewing detailed product development, marketing documents, and media materials.
  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication at various levels.
  • Works independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives and complete assignments within established time frames.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization.
  • Understanding of smartphone category sales channels and market dynamics.
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment. The position requires operating a computer keyboard and viewing a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods. The role may involve movement and transportation of equipment (most often under 25 pounds). Work is performed under time schedules and stresses, including time‑sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid overtime, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, and business management stress.

Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule. Requires independent decision making with a high level of responsibility.
