Developer – EPM Applications

Plano, TX (with national project sites, no additional travel required)

• Develop and maintain dimensionality, hierarchies, and properties of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) applications.
• Perform reconciliations between HFM and source systems for financial statements such as Trial Balance.
• Generate reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting and Smart View.
• Drive custom dimension requirements and set up mappings between old and new Chart of Accounts (COA), working with the Finance Data Quality Management (FDM) team to validate converted data.
• Assist the HFM team in setting up key HFM functionalities during the design and build phase and support workshops and user acceptance testing.
• Translate business requirements for financial statements (e.g., Cash Flow, Roll‑for‑wards) into HFM configurations and identify gaps.
• Respond to user data queries and provide explanations of HFM data.
• Apply best practices and contribute to ongoing support and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting systems or related business process positions.
• Understanding of Hyperion Financial Management concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $141,336 to $148,402.

• Eligible candidates must be located in Plano, TX or be willing to work at national project sites.
• Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role.
