Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.
• Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and facilitate discussions among stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance business processes.
• Support project management activities by providing insights and updates on project status and risks.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
