We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals.

• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems.
• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Business Analysis.

• Strong expertise in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, or equivalent are a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
