Product Planning And Strategy Lead
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in leading product planning and strategy sessions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to engage effectively across various teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Minimum 10 years of experience required as business analyst
- Proven ability to lead product planning discussions, including defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), product release roadmaps, and deployment strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing detailed user stories and system specifications
- Experience supporting Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
