About the RoleThe Field Operations Intelligence & Automation Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering operational reporting, insights, and automation solutions that improve visibility, prioritization, and execution across store operations. This role partners with field leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights and scalable reporting outputs, simplifying reporting, reducing manual effort, and enabling faster decision‑making.

- Partner across systems and data sources to uncover opportunities for end‑to‑end efficiency improvements using advanced analytics and AI tools
- Coordinate back‑end systems, workflows, and automation capabilities to deliver scalable efficiency gains across store operations
- Develop exception‑based reporting logic that focuses leaders on the most important actions
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline report generation and distribution
- Identify and actualize opportunities for automation to improve field processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with business priorities and field needs
- Continuously improve reporting structure, clarity, and usability for field‑facing outputs
- Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting platforms
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) preferred
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for operational audiences
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Data Analytics & Insights – Analyzes data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting – Creates dashboards and reports that support operational decision‑making.

Physical Requirements
The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary with occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying or setting up computers and small hardware.
