Position: Senior Product Delivery Associate - Payments

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Merchant Services, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross‑function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Collaborates with Business Control Managers, Legal, Product, and Finance to resolve risk‑related issues and embed controls that scale
  • Oversees Action Plans, audits, and change initiatives; ensures timely remediation, durable fixes, and evidence of control effectiveness
  • Triage broken processes, lead root‑cause analysis, and assumes ownership of Action Plans where needed to drive closure and sustainability; executes monitoring controls, tracks and escalates risk issues, and ensures alignment with firm‑wide policies and standards
  • Advises and coaches product owners on control frameworks, risk identification, and preventive monitoring throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency with the ability to create executive‑level presentations and concise materials for senior leadership
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive cross‑functional alignment
  • Thrives in ambiguous and dynamic environments, effectively balancing competing priorities while independently developing practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and execution excellence
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in information sciences, risk management analytics, computer science, or a related business or quantitative field
  • Proven track record delivering leading large, high‑impact projects from concept to implementation
