Health Wellness Coordinator – Wellness Advocate (DFW Area)

Job Summary
  • The Wellness Advocate is a high‑impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership.
  • Acts as a visible wellness champion and educator for employees across worksites.
  • Serves as a trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.
  • Analyzes health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources; develops statistical reports, dashboards, and executive‑ready presentations.
  • Tracks utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics; establishes and maintains a comprehensive performance measurement framework.
  • Supports leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends, providing data‑driven recommendations for immediate, mid‑range, and long‑term decision‑making.

Experience & Education

  • Experience in healthcare and insurance sectors
