PositionHealth Wellness Coordinator – Wellness Advocate (DFW Area)
Job Summary- The Wellness Advocate is a high‑impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership.
- Acts as a visible wellness champion and educator for employees across worksites.
- Serves as a trusted data advisor and strategist for executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.
- Analyzes health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources; develops statistical reports, dashboards, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Tracks utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics; establishes and maintains a comprehensive performance measurement framework.
- Supports leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends, providing data‑driven recommendations for immediate, mid‑range, and long‑term decision‑making.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data/Financial Technology, Employee Benefits Management, Accounting, HRIS, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in HR, benefits, budgeting, or data analysis
- Experience in healthcare and insurance sectors
