Claims Specialist

Position: Claims Specialist # 26-17325
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

• Claims Specialist will contribute to team’s growing need of business intelligence, insights/dashboard management, strategic development, customer experience, and related best practices

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalations
• Handle internal/external escalations from Service Partners, Field Ops & AR team
• Review requested labor rate with contract and upload the new rates into the system
• Assisting in auditing of warranty claims before warranty closing
• Compile and manage large amount of data from the system
• Prepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc..

Skillsets:

• Advanced skills in MS Office (heavy use of excel)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
