Collectors is a leading provider of technology solutions for the collectibles industry and seeks a Special Projects Lead to partner with the Director of Operations in driving high-impact operational initiatives for Beckett.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects from concept through implementation, coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Customer Service, Product, IT, Finance, HR and other business functions.
  • Plan, develop, and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, communication plans and implementation strategies, and track progress to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and develop practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Prepare project updates, executive summaries and recommendations for leadership.
  • Research operational challenges and develop data-driven recommendations; analyze performance, staffing, productivity, workflow efficiency and capacity.
  • Build dashboards, KPI reporting, executive summaries, and operational scorecards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and design practical solutions to increase efficiency, quality and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, workflow documentation and process maps, and support implementation of new processes.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through process redesign and automation.
  • Partner with Software Development, Product, IT and Operations teams to define business requirements for system enhancements and coordinate operational software projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, validation and rollout.
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple departments, facilitate meetings, workshops and project discussions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leaders at all levels.
  • Support managers through process implementation, documentation, and organizational change; contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, Process Improvement or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate work across teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, production, fulfillment, logistics or operations environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Experience with automation and digital process improvement.

A successful candidate will parse high-impact operational initiatives from planning to implementation, become a trusted project leader across Beckett Operations, improve organizational execution, develop meaningful operational reporting and decision-support tools, improve business processes through documentation, standardization, technology enhancements and collaboration, and increase the organization’s capacity to execute strategic initiatives.

Compensation

Salary range: $68,. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions or other forms of compensation.
