- Support franchisee development by owning the new unit and remodel registration process
- Manage the remodel and new development pipelines
- Track franchisee obligation dates at a store level and any changes to them
- Assist KFC US field development team to smooth/reset franchisee asset obligations
- Partner with KFC US field development team to register new restaurant sites
- Drive process improvement in KFC CRM and Accounts Receivable tools
- Manage the end to end franchise agreement process – from generation to termination
- BA required; 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail
- Resourceful nature, with strong customer-service orientation
- Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
- Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
- Advanced Excel skills needed and familiarity with AIS & Domo or Power BI
