Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances, located in Plano, TX. Responsibilities include partnering with internal distribution partners to coordinate shipments and escalations, performing data analytics on the inventory flow of materials from production through a third-party warehouse vendor, working with the Financial Strategy team to manage all inventory at the third-party vendor warehouse and perform device inventory tracking for all retail display locations using the Warehouse Management System, supporting and streamlining forward and reverse logistics, completing ad hoc audits of all samples in the consolidator's inventory, driving Retail Supply Chain's innovation efforts, managing those projects from initiation to close, preparing weekly executive reports detailing the status of open projects/initiatives, leveraging PPT & Excel proficiency to translate detailed information into brief and clear executive updates in e-mail and dashboard reporting, utilizing dashboards & Tableau to provide decision makers with on-demand data, scheduling shipments of owned assets and partnering with carrier partners to clearly communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets as needed, tracking/enforcing asset recovery in partnership with security, reconciling data from multiple internal systems with Consolidator's inventory and transaction reporting, working with Account/Channel teams to ensure funding is secured before proceeding with consolidator work for execution, developing a yearly business plan reflecting estimated device allocation and third-party vendor usage, forecasting and communicating recovery efforts and funds through effective partnership and planning with internal and external teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, or Supply Chain Management, demonstrated experience in navigating cross-functional teams, mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred, advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Tableau. Preferred qualifications include self-starter, able to add value without specific direction, strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling, objectively able to look at available information and make recommendations that fit the business needs on multiple scales of scope, positive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occur, demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct authority, ability to work flexible hours with some travel required (
