Business Operations Specialis

Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances, located in Plano, TX.

• Partner with internal distribution partners to coordinate shipments and escalations.
• Perform data analytics on the inventory flow of materials from production through a third‑party warehouse vendor.
• Work with the Financial Strategy team to manage all inventory at the third‑party vendor warehouse and perform device inventory tracking for all retail display locations using the Warehouse Management System.
• Support and streamline forward and reverse logistics.
• Complete ad hoc audits of all samples in the consolidator's inventory.
• Drive Retail Supply Chain's innovation efforts, managing those projects from initiation to close.
• Prepare weekly executive reports detailing the status of open projects/initiatives.
• Leverage PPT & Excel proficiency to translate detailed information into brief and clear executive updates in email and dashboard reporting.
• Utilize dashboards & Tableau to provide decision makers with on‑demand data.
• Schedule shipments of owned assets and partner with carrier partners to clearly communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets as needed.
• Track/enforce asset recovery in partnership with security.
• Reconcile data from multiple internal systems with Consolidator's inventory and transaction reporting.
• Work with Account/Channel teams to ensure funding is secured before proceeding with consolidator work for execution.
• Develop a yearly business plan reflecting estimated device allocation and third‑party vendor usage.
• Forecast and communicate recovery efforts and funds through effective partnership and planning with internal and external teams.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating cross‑functional teams.
• Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Tableau.
