About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee key operational functions, including customer invoicing, product purchasing and fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, systems‑oriented professional who thrives on building and improving workflows, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting business growth through efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end‑to‑end customer invoicing process, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and properly reconciled.
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining inventory accuracy across all stages.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational systems, workflows, and documentation.
- Reconcile invoicing, purchasing, and inventory records to ensure data integrity.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support day‑to‑day business operations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyses to support informed business decisions.
- Assist with additional business operations initiatives and projects as needed.
- Proven experience in business operations, supply chain, inventory management, or a related operational role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Comfortable using digital tools and business software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience implementing or improving operational systems and workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, or similar business platforms.
