• Review historical and current business data.
• Analyze customer complaints and escalations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Flag concerns and potential issues.
• Conduct research on customer journeys and historical cases.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings.
• Build institutional knowledge of Product Safety operations.

• Must Have
  : Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Data analysis and trend identification.
• Process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Reporting experience.
• Storytelling with data.
• Initiative and willingness to learn.
• Korean (Reading and Speaking preferred).
• Regulatory familiarity.
• Consumer electronics or home appliance experience.
• Power BI.
• SQL.
• Tableau.
• Microsoft Excel (Primary tool)
• Power Query
• Power BI (Nice to Have)
• SQL (Nice to Have)
• Tableau (Nice to Have)
• Other Business Intelligence tools
