Pay Rate

$39.00 - $41.00/hr.

The role is responsible for supporting the organization's operational and strategic projects from a data-driven perspective. This position involves gathering and analyzing data, evaluating business trends, and preparing reports to aid in decision-making. Collaboration with various departments is essential to align business objectives, improve efficiency, and optimize performance.

• Organize and analyze data from various sources.
• Extract valuable insights and create informative dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders using advanced data analysis tools and software.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other essential business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Design data models for analysis and reporting to support operational business unit decisions and guide strategic direction.
• Conduct thorough analyses of the company's current performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate data extracted from operational systems for accuracy.
• Provide valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes through data models and forecasting techniques.
• Offer insightful recommendations for potential business opportunities and cost-saving measures to ensure organizational competitiveness and efficiency.
• Work closely with various functional groups, including business management, field management, and account management teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate seamless coordination and alignment among different departments by fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Identify areas where business operations can be improved by leveraging expertise in data analytics and process optimization.
• Propose innovative solutions and implement appropriate tools and systems to enhance productivity and streamline reporting procedures.

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.

• Advanced SQL (2 years professional experience), Jupyter Lab, Python.
• Proficiency in analysis tools and software for dashboard development (such as Super Set, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, forecasting, and project management principles is beneficial. Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and high organizational skills are equally important.
• Analytical thinking, strategic planning, collaboration and teamwork, results-oriented mindset, adaptability to change.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.00 - $41.00/hour
. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
