Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 03 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite).
Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Review historical and current business data.
- Analyze customer complaints and escalations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Flag concerns and potential issues.
- Conduct research on customer journeys and historical cases.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings.
- Monitor escalation processes.
- Build institutional knowledge of Product Safety operations.
- Support future dashboard development.
Experience:
- Must Have: Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Data analysis and trend identification.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Process improvement.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Risk assessment.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Reporting experience.

- Korean (Reading and Speaking preferred).
- Regulatory familiarity.
- Consumer electronics or home appliance experience.
- Power BI.
- SQL.

- Microsoft Excel (Primary tool).

- VLOOKUP.
- Power Query.
- Power BI (Nice to Have).
- SQL (Nice to Have).
- Tableau (Nice to Have).
- Other Business Intelligence tools.
