Real Estate Portfolio Management

Payrate: $83.00 - $83.00/hr the main function of this role is to manage the full lifecycle of all real estate functions of portfolio management, leasing initiatives, and corporate interior construction projects. This includes programming, design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects meet business requirements, budget, schedule, and quality standards while supporting workplace strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead programming and requirements development for commercial and office interior construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution from planning through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams.
  • Coordinate selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Collaborate with Facility Team, end-users, and design teams to develop design concepts, space plans, renderings, and furniture layouts.
  • Oversee all phases of design, including preliminary, alternate, and construction documentation.
  • Review contracts, cost estimates, change orders, and TI reimbursement packages.
  • Conduct regular site observations and oversee QA/QC during design and construction.
  • Resolve design, construction, and field issues to maintain alignment with approved standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership and HQ stakeholders.
  • Support CFO and Controller by ensuring projects remain within approved budgets and schedule.
  • Contribute insights to continuously advance workplace strategy, standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Assist in general administration and coordination of leasing activities, including requirements gathering, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, contractions, subleases, dispositions, and early terminations.
  • Assist in management of corporate insurance policies including renewals and RFP processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate workplace planning, design, and construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and construction processes, including construction documents.
  • Proven ability to manage construction schedules, budgets, and consultants.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to team success.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
Skills
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-regional corporate real estate projects.
  • Familiarity with integrated project tracking, reporting, and management systems.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace standards, sustainability design, and QA/QC best practices.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Korean) preferred for coordination with US and HQ teams.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $83.00 - $83.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
