- Collect, analyze, and interpret product safety data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on product safety goals and initiatives.
- Gather, clean, and analyze product safety data from various sources.
- Assign and oversee escalations from high‑risk channels while reviewing past history for adherence.
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents.
- Manage various ongoing and ad‑hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product safety, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and BI platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual English and Korean preferred.
- Regulatory familiarity not required but a plus.
- Analytical Thinking — analyze data, identify trends, provide insights.
- Problem Solving — develop solutions to challenges.
- Data Analysis Tools — proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
- Communication — verbal and written proficiency.

The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non‑IT projects, and providing support above an administrative level but below management.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the store‑and‑retrieve of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Set up project and work‑breakdown structures.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets.
- Verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Enterprise Application experience an plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience required.
